Bobby L. Reynolds, Esq. practices civil law in the Tampa Bay region. His practice focuses on consumer bankruptcies, specifically Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Bobby started his firm in 2009 representing banks and other creditors against debtors. Almost every day, he saw firsthand the struggles faced by everyday people. Burdened with student loans, credit card debts, and medical bills, he experienced the same financial struggles faced by many of the people on the other side of the table. He felt what they were going through and worked hard to negotiate realistic but fair solutions that would satisfy his clients and ease the burden on the debtors. Today, Bobby brings the same compassion, care, and professionalism to his bankruptcy practice.
Bobby is a native Floridian, but as a “military brat” he grew up around the world. With roots in the region, Tampa Bay has always been considered “Home”. After graduating from T.R. Robinson High School, Bobby joined the Navy and continued his worldwide travels. He volunteered to serve aboard fast attack submarines doing deployments to the Western Pacific Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, and Persian Gulf. After 6 short years of living the adventure, Bobby used the GI Bill to attend the University of Connecticut and earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Coastal Studies (Marine Science). An interest in law brought Bobby back to Tampa Bay to attend Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, he interned for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. Bobby received his Juris Doctorate in 2007, and is licensed to practice law in Florida, Connecticut, and Idaho.
